It is really crispy when freshly baked but the next day it will be softer. You can use nuts, walnuts or dried fruit instead of chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 15 dkg butter (or margarine),
- 10 dkg sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 15 dkg dark chocolate,
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 25 dkg flour.
Directions
Crush the butter with the flour. Add the sugar and baking powder. Beat the eggs. Mix it and then add the cut chocolate. I form the cookies with oily hands.
Baking time: We have a non-convention oven. It should be baked like a shortbread as the dough is soft and buttery (80°C in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes/ 3. notch until it turns brown)
I made a double dose and got 52 cookies. Some smaller and some bigger ones. You could use something else instead of chocolate as well. It could be really good. You should experiment a bit, I haven’t tried these yet, e.g.: walnuts, raisin, almond shaving, dried fruit, caramel)
