Amazing chocolate, coconut no bake cake! Creamy and mouth-watering

A tasty and simple dessert! Perfect choice for a garden party, after BBQ!

Ingredients for biscuit layer:

  • 400 g digestive biscuit,
  • 200 g butter,
  • 50 g cocoa powder,
  • 100 g powdered sugar,
  • 50 ml milk.

Ingredients for coconut cream:

  • 400 ml whipped cream,
  • 150 g coconut flakes,
  • 100 g powdered sugar.

Directions:

Grind the biscuits and mix it with melted butter, cocoa powder, sugar and milk. Place the biscuit mixture in a cake pan (Dimension 18 x 20). Press the mixture with the back of the spoon. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Mix the whipped cream with a mixer until it’s hard. Add the coconut flakes and sugar. Spread the cream on the biscuit and refrigerate 1 – 2 hours. Before serving melt the chocolate, slice the cake and turn in every slice a little melted chocolate.
