When you want something creamy, try this recipe. At my house everybody was delighted.
Ingredients Dough:
- 40 dkg flour,
- 1 egg,
- 3 dkg lard,
- 3 tbsp milk,
- 2 tbsp acacia honey,
- 15 dkg sugar,
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (heaped tablespoon),
- 1 tsp baking soda.
Cream:
- 2 packages of vanilla sugar,
- 4 tbsp flour,
- 4 dl milk,
- 25 dkg butter,
- 25 dkg powdered sugar.
Directions
Dough: Heat all the ingredients, except for the flour, in a bowl and then add the flour. Mix it well and then make 4 layers. You can also make it to the size of a baking pan, but if it’s a bit smaller, that’s not a problem either. Bake them one by one on the back of the pan.
Cream: Mix the sugar and the butter till it is foamy. Cook the vanilla sugar, flour and milk and when it cooled down add it to the buttery mix. Spread the cream on the layers and you are all done. Let it rest in the fridge for a night. I add icing on top.
