Soft linzer, the perfect Christmas cookie! It has to be on the festive table!

Linzer is one of our favorite cookies. We always bake a big batch of it, it is soft and delicious, and it is perfect if you are having guests. You can use any kind of jam so it never gets boring.


  •  75 dkg flour
  •  30 dkg fat
  •  25 dkg powdered sugar
  •  1 package of baking powder
  •  2 packages of vanilla sugar
  •  2 egg yolks
  •  the grated peel of an orange and a lemon
  •  milk /for me it was 2 dl/
  •  jam


Mix the ingredients, add the milk in small amounts until the dough reaches the right consistency. Maybe you will need more milk, maybe less. Stretch out the dough and cut out the cookies. Bake them for 8-10 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Use jam to glue the cookies together. Sprinkle powdered sugar on them.
