When the family craves something sweet but you don’t have hours to be spent in the kitchen, try this treat.
- small sponge cakes,
- coconut or cake sprinkles,
Slice the banana, put a slice between two little sponge cakes and pin them together with a toothpick. Dip it into chocolate (store bought icing or a bar of chocolate) and sprinkle coconut or cake sprinkles on top. Wait an hour or two until the sponge softens.
