Very simply and tasty: Coconut Kinder bar!

I have prepared many delicious cakes but this is the one that became the absolute favorite of the family. This one never lets us down.

Ingredients

Sponge cake:

  • 6 eggs,
  • 6 tbsp powdered sugar,
  • 6 tbsp flour,
  • 4 tbsp oil,
  • 4 tbsp water,
  • 1 pack of baking powder,
  • 4 tbsp cocoa.

Cream:

  • 5 dl whipping cream,
  • Sugar to your taste,
  • vanilla sugar,
  • 1 pack of gelatin fix,
  • 10 dkg coconut flakes.

On the top:

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate + 1-2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

Mix the eggs and the sugar, then add the oil, water and finally the flour- cocoa-baking powder mixture. Bake it in a 35x45cm baking sheet. Cut the cake into three parts. Mix the whipping cream and the sugar then and the gelatin and the coconut flakes. Half of the cream goes on one cake and the other half on the other cake. Put melted chocolate on the last cake.
