A little pudding and lemon and the delicious lemon cake is almost done!

When it you feel like something delicious and creamy, try this delicacy! I can say that it was very well received!


For the dough:

  • 38 dkg flour 
  • 7,5 dkg butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 dkg sugar
  • half a pack of baking powder
  • 0.7 dl of milk

For the cream:

  • 7,5 dl milk
  • 3 packs of vanilla flavored pudding powder
  • 15 dkg butter or margarine
  • 10-15 dkg sugar
  • the juice of one lemon.

For the glaze:

  •  25-30 dkg powdered sugar 
  • the juice of one lemon.
  • 1-2 tbsp water


Knead the ingredients of the dough, then divided into four parts, and stretch each of them to a rectangular size (32×20).

Bake them in a preheated oven on 175-degrees on the back of a greased,
floured baking pan for about 8-10 minutes.

Mix the pudding powder with sugar and milk and cook it until it is thick. Stir it continuously.

When the cream has cooled, add the soft butter or margarine and lemon
juice. Mix it well and then spread it on the 3 sheets.

The glaze will be spread on top of the fourth sheet.

Mix the sugar, lemon juice and the hot water for the glaze and whip it with a spoon. Spread it on top of the 4. sheet and then put it into the fridge. Slice
after cooling.
