She stretched out the dough, and formed little circles, filled it with cream cheese and 30 minutes later the tasty treat was done!

I prepared this treat many times because we simply just love it. Once you try it, I’m sure it will be your favorite as well.

Ingredients:

  •  3 eggs
  •  150 gr sour cream
  •  50 gr butter
  •  300 gr of flour
  •  pinch of salt
  •  half a tsp of baking soda
  •  2 tbsp sugar.

Filling:

  •  25 dkg cottage cheese
  •  3 tbsp sugar,
  •  1 egg
  •  1 tbsp of edible starch
  •  vanilla.

Directions:

Mix the egg and the sugar, add the soft butter and sour cream. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Knead the dough. Sprinkle flour on a surface and stretch out the dough to be an inch thick. Then cut out little circles from the dough. Use the bottom of a smaller glass and press it into the middle of the dough. This way it will have a brim and the filling will not pour out. Place the circles in to a baking pan lined with a baking sheet.

Mix the ingredients of the filling and fill the circles with it. Bake them for about 30 minutes is an oven heated to 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
