Small black bread … Crni kruscici … Chocolate puffs. The Hungarian name may be different! I’d say they are similar to chocolate cookies. They stay fresh for a long time. Decorative and delicious, be careful and don’t overbake them.
- 3 eggs
- 15 dkg sugar
- 20 dkg hot chocolate powder
- 25 dkg ground walnuts
- 4 spoons of flour
- a small amount of baking powder
Coating: powdered sugar.
Whip 3 eggs with the 15 dkg powdered sugar. Add the 20 dkg hot chocolate powder, 25 dkg ground walnuts, 4 spoons of flour, the baking powder. Leave it in the fridge for at least two hours.
Form little balls and roll them into powdered sugar. Place them into a baking pan lined with baking sheet, set them a bit farther apart and bake for 10 minutes on 170 degrees.
The chocolate powder is like cocoa powder, but it is chocolate. :) Hot chocolate powder eg. the Milka brand has a high-quality powder for example…
