Strawberry mascarpone cream, an amazing dessert for spring, which outshines even the best cakes!

Hello! Strawberry season is coming. I prepare this heavenly dessert every year. The strawberry mascarpone cream is light and also looks really good (I even have glasses with strawberries on them). These are the ingredients for one dose, but I always make at least two doses.


  • 25 dkg mascarpone,
  • 5 dkg white chocolate,
  • 2 – 2,5 dl whipping cream,
  • 10 dkg powdered sugar,
  • 40 dkg strawberries


Melt the white chocolate on steam. Mix 5 dkg of powdered sugar into the mascarpone and then add the white chocolate and the whipped cream. Put half of the strawberries into a blender and add 5 dkg of sugar as well (I actually just used a fork). Slice the other half of the strawberries. Start layering the strawberries, the cream and the sauce. Let the dessert cool in the fridge for a while.
